This website for those using equipment with iFit® to search and download maps. We are not affiliated with iFit® or Google Inc., or Google MapsTM in any way, and simply want a place for users, like us, to get the most enjoyment out of their equipment.

Payment may show up under our Corporation, "Studio1c"

Members must have a "Coach Membership" at www.ifit.com and have iFit® compatible equipment in order to have the ability to use these maps.

This Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions stated herein governs the manner in which Studio1c Inc, DBA iRunMaps ("we," "us," "our") collect, use, maintain, and disclose information collected from and about you and other users ("you" or "User") while using the www.irunmaps.com website (the "Site"), whether accessed via the Internet, a mobile app, machine consoles, other electronic devices, or by any other means. This applies to the Site and all services we offer that integrate with iFit equipment. We are dedicated to safeguarding Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below) that we collect.

Terms & Conditions
All maps are hand-drawn by us using iFit.com and therefore may contain errors or slight inaccuracies and are not to be considered "Official" maps. This site is purely for enjoyment and enhancement of your workout experience. Exercise at your own risk after approval by your health care professional.

Maps others have submitted at a prior date to the site being commercial have all been deleted, unless written permission was received first.

License to Limit Usage & Copyright
All content and maps from this site are automatically covered by U.S Copyright Laws governing online copyright and the DCMA (Digital Copyright Millennium Act) as unique and protecting the rights of authorship and intellectual property exclusively held by iRunMaps.com. As a paid member you are making an agreement to utilize these maps for YOUR OWN enjoyment and does not allow you rights of ownership of them. You agree to not share direct links from this site, to these maps once in your history, queue or schedule in a private or public forum, community page or other manner. Doing so shall result in revocation of access to the site. Legal action will be pursued to try and recoup for the loss of revenue depending upon the severity of the actions and number of occurrences that copyright was infringed.

Once maps are in your history, you are free to re-utilize them and reschedule them even after your membership has expired. You are still under contractual agreement to not redistribute the intellectual property of iRunMaps.com with anyone or any manner described above.

Users of the site are prohibited from selling, giving, reselling or profiting from these maps in any manner. Doing so is a violation of the Terms & Conditions stated herein.

Membership
Membership is based on 12 consecutive calendar months. Members of one household and IP Address may use the same membership and login. Any abuse of this (IE: sharing username and password with others outside of your household) will result in revocation of access to the site. You understand and agree that temporary interruptions of the services available through this site may occur as normal events. You further understand and agree that we have no control over third party networks you may access in the course of the use of this site, and therefore, non-functioning buttons, removal of map sharing, machine or equipment delays and disruption of other network transmissions are completely beyond our control. The site may be taken down at any time for any reason and without any refunds. No refunds will be granted if the site functionality discontinues or stops working for reasons beyond our control. Use of this site is at your own risk.

Types of information we collect
We may collect two types of information from users of our Site: "Personally Identifiable Information" which is information that can be used to locate you, contact you, or determine your specific identity (such as name, e-mail address, user name) and "Aggregate Information" which is information about your activities on the Site or in connection with the services that cannot be used to identify, locate, or contact you (such as frequency of visits to the Site, Site pages most frequently accessed, browser type, links a User clicks, IP address, and other similar information).

We collect information from you:

• When you register for an account, we collect your name, a user name, a password.
• Once you have created an account, it is your choice to complete your “Hangout” forum profile by providing additional Personally Identifiable Information about yourself such as your location and photo.
• When you visit the site, even if you are not logged in, we gather information about your computer operating system (e.g., Windows XP or Mac OS), your "IP Address," the web browser (e.g., Firefox, Internet Explorer) being used, the referring website information, usage data regarding your activity on the Site, including what web pages you visit or share, what functions you use, as well as overall time spent on the Site. We use this data for internal analysis about the Site performance and services.

The Site also allows you to edit and update your location and photo at any time.

How we use your information
We collect and use your Personally Identifiable Information for the following purposes:

• To improve our Site and your User experience:
  • We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
  • Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs or questions.
• To send periodic emails and marketing materials:
• The email address Users provide will be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their services. Such addresses may also be used to respond to Users, and/or other requests or questions. By creating an account on the Site, Users are opting-in to our mailing list at studio1c inc and it's DBA iRunMaps, and may receive emails that may include update, marketing items or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails or mail, they may do so by contacting us via our Site.

Financial Information
When you purchase our services, you will be asked to provide credit card and/or billing information to either PayPal or 2CheckOut.com; a 3rd Party Payment Processor. We have no access to your personal credit card or bank account information. The transaction done at either payment processor is entirely processed securely through them. If you have questions about your online security and this prospective transaction contact either payment processor.

Your personal information
We will NOT share, rent, sell, or lease, your personal contact information to anyone.

We will disclose information we maintain when required by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to requests from law enforcement agencies or other public agencies if we feel that such disclosure may prevent the instigation of a crime. Finally, we may disclose information if there is a transfer of our assets or ownership in connection with a proposed or consummated corporate reorganization, such as a merger or acquisition, to the extent permitted by law.

How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures such as firewalls to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your name, username and password information stored on our Site.

Release
I understand the risks of injury from participating in exercise and using any athletic (running, biking, etc) training matrix's provided therein is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown.  I understand that this is an UNSUPERVISED activity and I assume all risks associated with using iRunMaps.com and any of its training matrix's. I HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS iRunMaps as well as all its owners, employees, affiliates, sponsors, and advertisers  WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE to person or property that may arise out of or in connection with my use of any of iRunMaps and any of its maps, features, or training matrix's therein.

I expressly agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law and if a portion of this release is help invalid, the balance shall remain in full force and effect.  This release shall apply to my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and any other next of kin.  I understand that iRunMaps is relying on this release in agreeing to enter into this agreement.

I HAVE READ THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTIONS OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND BY CLICKING YOU AGREE TO THIS TERMS, FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time without notice to you. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Acceptance of terms
